Konz Shakedown
Thursday, 21 August 2014, 09:30h, length: 4.55km
As a "rally before the rally", the Shakedown is an ideal opportunity to see the vehicles in different places all day long - especially the top drivers (P1 and P2 drivers) who have to complete the track at least twice, according to the Rules and Regulations. Tip for fans: Kommlingen Arena. This spectator area is staged along both slopes of a small valley very easy to oversee.
Drivers' presentation at the Porta Nigra gate in Trier

The show start at the Porta Nigra in Trier will officially usher in the 2014 ADAC Rallye Deutschland. At the ceremony, all participants will be introduced and roll onto the show start podium with their cars in reverse order of WRC standings.
Tip for fans: Hauptmarkt. Beginning at 19:00h, all the top stars will be signing autographs here.
SS 1 & 4 Sauertal
Friday, 22 August 2014, 08:38h and 14:42h, length: 14.14km
The ADAC Rallye Deutschland kicks off with the Sauertal Special Stage, which was introduced last year. It will lead the participants west of Trier over taxing asphalt sections close to the border with Luxembourg. Tip for fans: Trierweiler. The two-part spectator area affords the ideal view of an extremely fast section.
SS 2 & 5 Waxweiler
Friday, 22 August 2014, 09:56h and 16:00h, length: 16.40km
The completely new Waxweiler Special Stage will take the teams through the hilly Eifel landscape close to the Belgian border, which should feel like a "home game" to Belgian Thierry Neuville, who hails from nearby St. Vith. Tip for fans: Plütscheid. This very large spectator area is set on a slope affording a superb view of a section that includes a chicane and a tough downhill segment.
SS 3 & 6 Moselland
Friday, 22 August 2014, 11:19h and 17:23h, length: 21.02km
The Moselland Stage will take the teams through the vineyards on narrow service roads with tight bends. Compared to last year, this stage will be driven in the opposite direction in 2014. An intense rally experience is guaranteed at the numerous spectator points as the cars zoom past.
Tip for fans: Panoramastraße (panoramic road). This spectator area majestically overlooks the Moselle river and offers precisely what its name promises: Rally plus panorama.
Special Stage 7 & 11 Stein & Wein
Friday, 23 August 2014, 07:38h and 14:31h, length: 17.53km
The first eg of this Special Stage on Saturday is something for early risers. On this challenging terrain east of Trier, the rally teams will be in for another ascent into the vineyards. Most sections comprise large spectator areas on slopes. Tip for fans: Waldrach Sportplatz. This spectator area conveys an arena-like atmosphere.
SS 8 & 12 Peterberg
Saturday, 23 August 2014, 08:38h and 15:31h, length: 11.08km
Short, but exciting - the Peterberg Special Stage will briefly take the ADAC Rallye Deutschland to the northern Saarland. Since 2012, this Special Stage with some extremely steep segments and tricky corners has been a great thrill for fans and drivers alike. Tip for fans: Eiweiler. This spot affords a sweeping view of several 90-degree bends and a spectacular uphill segment.
SS 9 & 13 Arena Panzerplatte
Saturday, 23 August 2014, 09:51h and 16:44h, length: 3.03km
The new Sprint test on the Baumholder military range adds a spectacular highlight to the ADAC Rallye Deutschland. The layout of this section allows the spectators to watch a maximum of rally action without having to go to another spectator area. Tip for fans: Panzerplatte Turm. This main spectator area is located at the highest point of the range, next to the start and finish line. It is the perfect place to watch almost the entire battle of the top rally drivers against the clock.
SS 10 & 14 Panzerplatte Lang
Saturday, 23 August 2014, 10:06h and 16:59h, length: 42.51km
This year, the crown jewel of the ADAC Rallye Deutschland will combine the best sections of the past four years. This "remix" will present the participants with new challenges - although the marathon on the Baumholder military range in itself is the ultimate test of the drivers' skills and concentration.
Tip for fans: EVERYTHING. Each spectator area has its own attractions - from the "Hinkelstein" boulders lining the road to the legendary Gina jump. This spectacular stage is topped off by numerous fan activities and a live feed onto a giant video screen, presented by Volkswagen.
SS 15 & 17 Dhrontal
Sunday, 24 August 2014, 07:28h and 10:55h, length: 18.03km
On Sunday, the teams will start out in the vineyards again. The Dhrontal Special Stage to the northeast of Trier is notorious for its many hairpin bends which the drivers have to zoom through. Tip for fans: Galeria Dhron. This spectator area is a must for any visitor, since it affords the best view from above onto the drivers below chasing around the serpentines.
SS 16 & 18 Grafschaft
Sunday, 24 August 2014, 08:04h and 12:08h, length: 19.27km
Time for some more hairpin bends. The WRC stars will give it their all throughout the Grafschaft Special Stage. After all, the second leg will be driven as a Power Stage this year, yielding extra points in the WRC standings. Tip for fans: Arena Veldenz. This spectator area close to the finish line is an impressive natural "grand stand" affording an ideal view of the action and of the Power Stage winner's box.
Podium ceremony at the Porta Nigra in Trier
Sunday, 24 August 2014, 14:30h Finally: With the Special Stages completed, the podium ceremony against the historic backdrop of the Porta Nigra in Trier will be the fitting conclusion for the 2014 ADAC Rallye Deutschland. Here, rally fans will have ample opportunity to once again celebrate the heroes of the German WRC event.
Rally up-close at the Service Park in Trier
For four days, the Service Park on the Trier fairgrounds will be the hub of the ADAC Rallye Deutschland. This is where the drivers turn in for their 15-minute morning service, the 30-minute noon-time service and the 45-minute night-time flexi service. There is nowhere better to get close to the drivers or watch them and their crews at work or get autographs. At the Service Park you will also find the fan shops, the info point, food and refreshments, sanitary facilities, as well as a medical station and other services.
Tip for fans: Jägerkaserne. This car park offers the best access, since there are no parking spaces at the Service Park itself nor opposite, along the B49.
